Shipping and delivery
The dispatch of the Collections goods takes place immediately after your order, for Limited Edition or for you specially made pieces after approx. 5 - 8 days (we will inform you on the same day).
The delivery time depends on your delivery address, for express deliveries (surcharge) please inquire by e-mail.
In addition, by agreement, the possibility of free pickup of your order in our showroom in Llucmayor in Mallorca.
Return and refund
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason and return it to us. Excluded from this are damaged and / or worn items, as well as for you personally produced goods.
We will refund the entire order amount (including shipping costs) when you return the entire order. The costs for the return of your return package to us are your responsibility.
Please return the items as they were received, neatly packed in their original packaging.

No, the costs for sending your return package are for your own account.
